Neil Henderson wins at Royal Musselburgh

Royal Musselburgh's par 70 course was the venue of the fourth outing of the season for the East Alliance where 81 players contested for their name on The Ramsay Trophy.
While the various scratch and handicap prizes were closely contested, the overall winner who gets his name on The Ramsay Trophy with a 4 under par 66 by three shots is Neil Henderson (Renaissance Club). 
Neil started his round with six straight pars but the middle of his round saw a birdie blitz at 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th and 13th.
Neil earned the top scratch prize with his 66 and 2nd scratch on 69 was shared by Colin Fraser (Peebles) and Gordon Hillson (Winterfield).
Top handicap prize on net 69 was shared by Kieran Cantley (Liberton) (68 +1) and Andy Rothney (Deer Park) (71 less 2). 3rd handicap being shared three ways on net 71 via Stuart Brown (Dunbar) (76 less 5), Jim Graham (Pitreavie) (82 less 11) and Alan Loughran (Archerfield Links) (77 less 6).
Top Trainee on 71 was Duddingston's Ross Munro.
Top Senior was shared on net 72 by Phil Leggate (Musselburgh) (78 less 6) and George Wither (Duddingston) (74 less 2).
Changes take place at the Scratch and Handicap Order of Merits -
Scratch
1. Neil Henderson - 219.5
2. Kieran Cantley - 213.0
3. Ross Munro - 212.0

Handicap
1. Kieran Cantley - 62.5
2. Andy Rothney - 62.0
3. John Masterton - 47.5

+Leading scratch and handicap returns will be displayed tomorrow (Thursday).
Next week play continues at Duddingston Golf Club where The Bootland Trophy will be contested.
